Booking

The person who signs the booking form has done so in the knowledge that they are agreeing to these conditions and accepting responsibility for all members in the party. Only the number of people detailed on the booking form will be allowed into the apartments.

All apartments are non-smoking

Pets

Only one well-behaved pet is allowed to each apartment. No bedding of feeding bowls are provided. Please ensure that pets do not lie on the beds of sofas and are not left in the apartment on their own.

Rights of Entry

We reserve the right to enter the apartment at reasonable times to inspect them and/or carry out necessary repairs or maintenance.

Cancellation

Refunds once the final balance has been made cannot be guaranteed. Every effort will be made to re-let the property; in the event that we are successful £75 will be retained by us for administration costs and the remainder returned back to you. Otherwise you will be liable to pay 100% of the total price of the holiday.

Your Obligations

Access to the apartment will be available from 3:00pm onwards on the first day of your holiday and you will be requested to leave the premises at 10:00am on the final day. You must take care of the apartments and we expect the properties to be left as they were found. You will be liable for any damages, breakages or any extra cleaning costs incurred by yourselves. We expect the behaviour and noise levels of adults, children and pets to be considerate of the other occupants in the building, and we also reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the property should they be causing serious nuisance to the other guests and/or damaging the property. In doing so, monies will not be refunded as we will not be in breach of contract.
